I am super familiar with the drive and flights from NY to LA and I know for a fact that it used to take 5-6 hours to fly and was approximately 3,200 miles – 3,400 miles to drive. You can now square the newly reported 2400 miles – 2700 miles with the flight duration. I just took a flight to Florida and you’ll never believe how long it took me.
