Update: The Mandela Effect is a phenomenon where many people begin to notice that things in our current reality don’t quite match up with our past memory of that said object/subject. This goes beyond faulty memory, rebranding, or confabulation as it’s happening on a large scale, cross cultures, countries, and age groups on the SAME subjects.It goes beyond products, but books, movies, the spelling of famous people’s names, quotes, and FAMILIAR song lyrics. Febreeze/ Febreze is but one of many examples I’ve found in my searching, one merely has to do a youtube search for “febreeze” to see the countless reviews , DIY products that use the title in the past. there are many more “popular” ones and some that many may not really notice until shown.
