As you change your vibration in the present, you are “actually changing the past”.
As your consciousness expands, you become capable of containing the “memory of more than one past”.
This explains why one person can remember history one way, and another person remembers it differently, and both can be true.
Bashar explains that remnants of the “old history” can remain, like “fossils,” which is why the costume of the person might have the headband, even if the “new” history’s photos do not.
