Not only does Anthony Hopkins recall “Hello Clarice” when he meets Jody Foster in the film as well as recalling “Good Morning” in other interviews but the lead editor of Silence of the Lambs recalls filming Anthony say “Hello Clarice” in the first meeting scene. The actress that landed the role of Clarice on the new CBS series called “CLARICE” also learned that she received the role by the producers saying “Hello Clarice” to her on the phone.
These two words are never once said in the movie on this timeline or in this reality, whatever you choose to say.
